Adjusting the Time Interval
What is a Time Interval?​
Time Interval refers to the length of time between each signal put out by a particular device.
To adjust a device’s time interval:
From the Devices List​
Navigate to Devices form the top navigation bar.
Select the device you want to update.
Click on
Send Commandsat the top of the screen.
Click on
Set Interval.- Two options will appear:
- While Ignition On: The interval you want to set in case the vehicle’s ignition is on.
- While Ignition Off: The interval you want to set in case the vehicle’s ignition is off.
- Two options will appear:
Enter the desired interval.
Click On
Send.
From the Map​
Head to the map from the top navigation bar.
Select the device you want to update from the Devices List on the left side of the screen.
Click on
Commandsfrom the Details Card at the bottom of the screen.Click on
Set Interval.- Two options will appear:
- While Ignition On: The interval you want to set in case the vehicle’s ignition is on.
- While Ignition Off: The interval you want to set in case the vehicle’s ignition is off.
- Two options will appear:
Enter the desired interval.
Click On
Send.
