Adding a Device

1. To add a device, First head to the Devices from the top navigation bar:

2. Click on Add button

3. Enter the device data

   • Select the device model

   • Enter the device general information

   • Enter the device SIM settings:

     • SIM card number: The number of the SIM card inside the device.
     • Identifier: The unique number of the device used by the system to authenticate the device. An identifier is required if IPF is enabled and the device does not require an IMEI number.
     • Password: The password of the SIM, if any.

   • Optional Allow Inbound Packets Forwarder (IPF) :

     • Enter Host and Port

4. Click Save.

The device should connect to the system shortly. In case it does not, please refer to the Resending Configuration SMS section below.

Resending Configuration SMS

If the device has been created but not yet connected to the system, you can re-send the configuration message to the device by:

1. Navigating to the devices list.

2. Clicking on the device's name to open its provision page.

3. Clicking on Resend Configuration Message
